Dr. A. Harihara Ramanujam is a visionary entrepreneur, water scientist, and sustainability pioneer who combines global industrial expertise with Indian values to create practical climate and circular-economy solutions. His multidisciplinary qualifications include B.E., LLB, MBA, PMP, FICSI.FD, and Sustainability Reporting Practitioner (IICSR).
Beginning his career as a Pressure Part Design Engineer, he later advanced to international equipment marketing in South Korea, gaining experience in R&D, technology, and cross-cultural leadership. Guided by the principles of Dharma, Karma, and Vedanta, he believes professional success should serve society.
A strong advocate of knowledge democratization, he has conducted 50+ pro-bono student counselling and IP awareness sessions across India, South Korea, and Dubai. During COVID-19, he donated 100 advanced ionizer-based air purifiers to government healthcare facilities and supported patients and medical staff at Royapettai Government Hospital.
As a pioneer member of the Molecular Hydrogen Institute (USA), he has contributed to advancing knowledge in emerging water technologies. Separately, through his entrepreneurial and R&D initiatives, he introduced alkaline mineral water technology as a sustainable hydration solution, combining mineral-rich water with reusable glass-bottle models. This circular approach has helped divert 3.65M+ PET bottles and prevent approximately 302 tonnes of CO₂ emissions, while reducing water and carbon footprints.

Dr. Samiullah Khan is an internationally recognized sustainability leader with over 30 years of global experience in engineering, innovation, climate technologies, and sustainable urban development. Mr. Sukumar Pichandy, Director and Board Member of Hydrich, brings over three decades of experience in international marketing, business development and strategic leadership across diverse global markets. Since joining Hydrich in 2024, he has played a key role in strengthening the company's sales and marketing functions, while contributing to its international growth strategy and long-term vision.
He began his professional career with Godrej Boyce, Chennai, and subsequently held leadership positions with reputed organizations including Kanco Precision, L.M. VanMoppes (Amalgamation Group), Shimnit Machine Tools, Zenith Rubber, Al Hashemi Group (Heidelberg), UAE, Sure Techlong Packaging Machinery, UAE, Phoenix Packaging Machinery, UAE, and Al Ewan International, UAE. He also served as Founder & CEO of Zenith Diamond Tools & Engineering for over five years, leading its growth and international business development.
Mr. Pichandy holds a Business Management Degree from Annamalai University and a Mechanical Engineering qualification specializing in Machine Tools Plant Maintenance from C.M. Kothari Institute of Technology, Chennai.
His expertise in technology transfer, market-entry strategies and international business relationships continues to support Hydrich's expansion across the Middle East and Africa, while his leadership and industry network contribute to turnkey solutions and sustainable growth.
